This is my last week on the DT at Practical Scrappers - I must say I have truly enjoyed the past 6 months. For my final project~ featuring buttons~~ I wanted to make a thank you card. Thank you to Christine and Angie, Kerri, Kim and all my wonderful sisters!
My card is made from paper by Me and My Big Ideas..with some Stampin' Up cardstock thrown in. I used my Stampin' Up lg. flower punch and the MS postage stamp punch. Frog is Sizzix and sentiment is Quickutz. The ribbon is Prima Dude collection. Swiss dots embossing folder here and there as well.
Thanks again for such a lovely time at Practical Scrappers.

Thank You
My attempt at the black and white card. The teal flower is from Storybook, cut on short and regular, then layered in different sizes. Great trim was on a roll and was a find from Tuesday Morning. Thank you is from Alphalicious.

Sunflower Thank You Card
This card is made from the scraps of a new layout. I used lots and lots of sunflowers...blue and brown patterned paper. I took a few of the leftover pieces...added a sentiment from Alphalicious...a great sketch from RAQ's challenge at Cricut.com....and here it is. The sunflowers are Walk in My Garden.......used shadow, blackout, and regular cuts.....button centers.....ink and pop dots. Trim is rick rack....and the punch is Martha Stewart.

You Are "Berry" Sweet
A quick little thank you card. I used a sketch to make this one....something I don't do too often. The strawberries are Indie Art....cut at 1", 11/2", 2", and 21/2". I cut them on shadow on a pink swirl paper...then on blackout in black....on regular with polka dotted paper. The leaves are cut on two sided paper...shadow for the solid....regular for the polka dots. I like how using the polka dotted paper make everything look finished without having to ink any. The text is Apple Butter font, computer generated, and put in a circle; then doodled. Paper is from Oriental Trading......added ribbon.

A Spoon Full of Sugar #28 Thank You Snow Much
This week's challenge was to create a thank you card. I needed one anyway so this challenge was high on my priority list. I used some of that Snowy Day paper.....(my goal is a dozen cards from it by the end of the week). The stamp is a High Hopes design colored with watercolors and a little glitter. The snowglobe is from Christmas cheer with glitter and metallic pen. The mirrored snowflakes are Favorite Findings and I printed out the sentiment.
