Thank You!

This is my last week on the DT at Practical Scrappers - I must say I have truly enjoyed the past 6 months.  For my final project~ featuring buttons~~ I wanted to make a thank you card.  Thank you to Christine and Angie, Kerri, Kim and all my wonderful sisters!

My card is made from paper by Me and My Big Ideas..with some Stampin' Up cardstock thrown in.  I used my Stampin' Up lg. flower punch and the MS postage stamp punch.  Frog is Sizzix and sentiment is Quickutz.  The ribbon is Prima Dude collection.  Swiss dots embossing folder here and there as well.

Go Hog Wild!

Birthday card for the pig lover in our family!!  Used a Sizzix original die for the pig....in MS polka dot paper.  Used pop dots between all the layers and lots of ink.  The paper is Pink Paislee (I cut 3 new sheets....shame on me.....already broke that New Year's resolution to use scraps!).  Attached some rick rack....buttons.....frame is cut with square Nesties.  Sentiment is computer generated.

happy birthday Stephanie!! The cute little girl is a Sizzix die cut on the cuttlebug- once on flesh and once on blue (cut out parts and glued on......) flowers are done with a gel pen.

George daisies everywhere.......background paper is orange translucent embossed with swiss dots.....patterned paper is DCWV........relax is KI memories gel candy.

Buggy Birthday

Happy birthday to Sarah! This card was inspired by wrapping paper. I took the bug theme and used Sizzix dies cut in the cuttlebug on white cardstock. I painted them with watercolors, Sharpies, and a little dimensional paint........attached with pop dots. The background paper is the wrapping paper....sentiment and flowers at the bottom are rub-ons. I'm gonna make some more "buggy" things today........they are so cute and fun!
